More than 100 Cambodian Workers Detained in Thai Border

Battambang: The Unit Command force in Battambang’s province have detained 126 Cambodians, including 47 women and eleven children trying to smuggle into Thailand in search of illegal work. The detention took place at O'Anlok checkpoint in Kamrieng district.

A medical team carried out an inspection, measuring temperatures and testing each detained worker with Covid-19 samples, which all were negative. The authorities then sent all 126 Cambodians to quarantine at O’Lvea Center in Sampov Loun District.
